scan looks low quality, but its not too horribly bad. Keep up the great work

I agree, I also thought it was Persona from the thumbnail! The girl in that pose almost looks like a female version of Minato.
What on earth would lead you to believe that something with this kind of resolution is a wallpaper? Its a scan, Fen did nothing wrong.
